All our Aberdeen Angus Beef is sourced and supplied by our butcher J. Gilmour and Co. who are members of the Scottish Beef Club. St Boswells livestock auction on a Monday is Scotlands biggest prime stock sale. John Gilmour attends this weekly sale and personally selects the creme de la creme of Scotlands farmers finest produce. Cattle are viewed and carefully selected before the sale and purchased at premium rates regardless of cost.

This is the traditional method of aquiring quality beef and lamb and ensures complete traceabilty.
